Ceramic PRO 9H for Vehicles

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Ceramic PRO 9H is a revolutionary product for surface protection which is based on our industrial coating experience and the industrial testing criteria. Ceramic PRO is a 3D ceramic molecular matrix structure so that Ceramic PRO can offer excellent scratch resistance and chemical resistance. The surface that sealed by Ceramic PRO stays clean a much longer period of time and can be cleaned much easier and quicker.

Ceramic PRO can't be removed by any chemicals once cured; machine polish is only the way to remove it. Ceramic PRO can be applied for multi-applications such as the car paint surface, window glass, metal parts, exhaust system, plastic and rubber parts.

PROCESSING TEMPERATURE

5-30°C - Avoid direct sunlight and/or high air humidity.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Keep out of reach of children.
2. Store in a cool dry place (< 25 °C).
3. Do NOT mix with other products.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Shake the bottle before use. Thoroughly clean and dry all surfaces.
2. Preload liquid on the applicator, wipe onto surface evenly.
3. Remove the residue within 3 ~ 5 minutes when the working temperature is 20 ~ 25°C.
    If the working temperature is higher than 25°C then you should reduce the wipe-off  timing.
    Don't wait for over 10 minutes to make CeramicPRO to be harden.
4. Once finished, do not wash the car and keep away from water and dust for the next 72 hours!
5. Once cured only machine polish can remove Ceramic PRO .

A.  Preload the coating into the applicator.
B.  Apply on the surface from left to right evenly (horizontally).
C.  Apply on the surface from up to down evenly (vertically).
D.  Wait for 3~5 minutes at room temperature 25 degree
E.  You can start to wipe off the residue by microfiber cloth until shiny.
 

RECOATING PROCESS

Coating thickness will be increased by applying every 40 mins to achieve the robust protection. The scratch resistance and high gloss will be enhanced every time when you apply a new layer on the surface.

CURING CONDITION

Ceramic PRO is designed to be cured at the room temperature. 2 hours will be tack free and 72 hours will achieve full function. During the curing process of the initial 8 hours, please do NOT have water drops on the surface to impact the coating performance. If you notice any water drops on the surface, please remove it at once. Once cured, Ceramic PRO can't be removed by chemicals; machine polish is only the way to remove it.

MAINTENANCE

Your car was treated with a chemical substance designed to protect it.Ceramic PRO  is a very good protection against many influences. The maintenance is the most important after Ceramic PRO treatment which will impact Ceramic PRO longevity. For the normal condition, clean the car by water and shampoo is only the way. To clean by using microfiber cloth and car shampoo is enough.

IMPORTANTS
The cleaning process is absolutely crucial in order to achieve long lasting results. The cleaner your cars' paint
is before CeramicPRO is applied, the longer the protective layer will last. If your car is waxed you need to make sure that all the wax is removed before you start applying Ceramic PRO. Ceramic PRO will only work over a long period if it is applied to the bare paint! Only seal one part of the car at a time and only do small parts, especially if you work on your own.
